How to create an account
I’ve forgotten my password. What shall I do?
Click here , and then the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.
How do I add a credit card to my account?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on ‘View and add payment details’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
  • Click the ‘+ Add a new card’ option.
  • Fill in the details for your new card and click ‘Save card’.
How do I delete a credit/debit card from my account?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on ‘View and add payment details’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
  • Find the card you want to delete and click the ‘Delete’ option below.
  • Select ‘Confirm’ to delete your card.
How can I close my account?
If you would like us to disable your account, please contact our Customer Services team, who will be able to do this for you. Click here for our contact details.
How do I register an account?
  • Click ‘My account’ at the top of our homepage.
  • Click on ‘Create an account’.
  • Enter your personal details and click on ‘Create an account’ at the bottom of the page.
  • Once you’ve created an account, you will then be taken to the ‘My Account’ page, where you view and track your orders, alter your personal information and more.
If I placed an order, does it mean that I have an account?
No, however you can create an account if you wish so. Please select 'New User' link at the top of the website on the right and fill in the form. If you placed an order as a guest, you'll be invited to create an account at the end of the ordering process.
I have reset my password and the link does not work, what can I do?
Your password reset link may have expired. Please click here to request a new one. You will then receive an e-mail. Please follow the link on this e-mail or copy and paste it onto a new webpage. It will take you to a page where you can create your new password. You will have 30 minutes to reset your password, after that time, the link will no longer be valid and you will need to request a new password link.
I cannot sign in my account even though I am an existing customer
If you forgot your password, please select 'forgotten password' link and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail with a password reset link. Please access the link within 30 minutes to reset your password. Otherwise it's possible that you placed your previous orders as a guest and you don't have an account yet. To create one, please select 'New User' link at the top of the website on the right and fill in the form.
