Amend my order
How can I change the delivery address for my order?
If you’d like to change your delivery address, please cancel your order as soon as possible and place a new one using your preferred address. You can cancel your order by clicking ‘Cancel Order’ on the order page in ‘My Account’. Please note that if this option has disappeared, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and you will have to notify us of the cancellation of your order by contacting us directly, preferably by email. If your order has been shipped before we receive your cancellation, the order will be shipped to the address you previously specified.

Can I change my payment method after I’ve placed an order?
If you’d like to change your payment method, please cancel your order and place a new one using your preferred payment method as soon as possible. You can cancel your order by clicking ‘Cancel Order’ on the order page in ‘My Account’. Please note that if this option has disappeared, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment .You will therefore not be able to change your payment method as you will have already been charged.
Can I change the size/colour of the item I’ve ordered?
If you’d like to change the size or colour of an item, please cancel your order as soon as possible and place a new one for the items you’d like. You can cancel your order by clicking ‘Cancel Order’ on the order page in ‘My Account’. Please note that if this option has disappeared, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and you will have to notify us of the cancellation of your order by contacting us directly, preferably by email. If your order has been shipped before we receive your cancellation, please return it to us after you receive it. You can also reorder the new products you want in the meantime.

How can I cancel my order?
  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on the ‘View, track or cancel an order’ option.
  • Find your order on the list and click on the ‘Order Details’ link next to it.
  • Click ‘Cancel Order’.
Alternatively, if you’ve placed your order as a guest:
  • Click ‘Track my order’ at the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • On your order details, click the ‘Cancel Order’ option.
Please note that if the ‘Cancel Order’ option has disappeared, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and you will have to notify us of the cancellation of your order by contacting us directly, preferably by email. If your order has been shipped before we receive your cancellation, please return it to us after you receive it and following your cancellation.

Can I add or delete a product from my order?
If you’d like to add or delete an item, please cancel your order as soon as possible and place a new order including the items you’d like.
You can cancel your order by clicking ‘Cancel Order’ on the order page in ‘My Account’. Please note that if this option has disappeared, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and you will have to notify us of the cancellation of your order by contacting us directly, preferably by email. If your order has been shipped before we receive your cancellation, meaning we cannot amend your order, please return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. You can order any additional products you would like in the meantime.

How can I change which store my order will be delivered to?
Please cancel your order as soon as possible and place a new for delivery to your preferred store. You can cancel your order by clicking ‘Cancel Order’ on the order page in ‘My Account’. Please note that if this option has disappeared, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and your delivery type can no longer be changed. I’ve placed an order for collection in my local store. I want to cancel it but it has already been sent to the store. What can I do?
Unfortunately we’re unable to stop your order reaching your local store once it has been sent there. If you would like to receive a refund, please visit the store with your order summary email and our store colleagues will arrange this for you. If you don’t collect your order during the seven days following your collection date, we will return it to our warehouse and then refund you.
