How much is my delivery charge and what options are available?
Normally, our delivery charges are as follows:
•Standard Delivery within 3 -5 working days: €3.95 or free over €30 spend
•Tracked Express delivery 2-3 working days: €9.95 or free over €59 spend
•Delivery to store within 2-3 working days: FREE for all orders

Is International delivery available?
No. Orders placed through marksandspencer.ie can only be delivered to areas within the Republic of Ireland.
Are there weight restrictions on deliveries that will affect the delivery charge?
No, your delivery charge will not change according to the weight of your order. To see the delivery charges, click here
Do I need to be at home to receive my order?
The delivery drivers can deliver your order when you are not at home. However, sometimes this might not be possible e.g. if the parcel is too large to fit through your letterbox.
If your parcel can’t be left with a neighbour, it will be taken to a local post office or your nearest delivery depot. If this happens, the delivery driver will leave a card at your home to let you know where your order is and how you can collect it.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver my order and the parcel won’t fit through my letterbox?
If your parcel can’t be left with a neighbour, it will be taken to a local post office or your nearest delivery depot. If this happens, the delivery driver will leave a card for you to let you know they tried to deliver your order. This card will say where your parcel is and how you can collect it.
If you’ve chosen express delivery, the delivery drivers will try to deliver your order again the next day. If this is unsuccessful, another card will be left and your parcel may be returned to the nearest depot for you to collect.
After your order has been left at a depot, you must collect it within 5 days if it was an express delivery or 15 days if it was a standard delivery. If you’re unable to do this, your purchases will be returned to Marks and Spencer Ireland Limited, who will refund the cost of your order.
What happens if my order gets lost in the post?
If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using these contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.
Can I arrange for delivery to an M&S store in the Republic of Ireland?
Yes. We can deliver your order to 17 of our Republic of Ireland stores. Please click here to see which ones.
When you go to our checkout, you can select which store you would like your order to be delivered to. There is no delivery charge when you use this service and once the order has arrived, we will keep it for you for seven days. When you come to collect it, please bring your order acknowledgment.
Why is my order incomplete?
This could be because an item you’ve ordered has sold out before it could be sent to you. If any of the items in your order have sold out, we will have informed you of this by email. Your order may also arrive in multiple parcels. Please allow some extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven’t heard from us, please let us know so we can look into this further. Click here to view our contact details.
How can I track my order?
If you chose express delivery you will be able to track your order. We use a number of trusted carriers to deliver our parcels. Once your order has been despatched form our UK warehouse, you will be sent an email with a link to the courier website to track your delivery
We are not able to provide a detailed delivery tracking for orders placed with standard delivery
All customers can view the details and status of their orders online to see if their order has been confirmed, is in the progress of being prepared or despatched .
For registered customers this information is available by logging into 'My Account'.

You will receive an email when your items have been despatched with an update as to when you will receive your order.

What are the normal delivery times?
The normal delivery times are 7.30am -6pm, Monday to Friday.
Can I leave special instructions for my delivery?
Yes. If you want to let us know anything to help with the delivery of your items, please write it in our ‘Delivery instructions’ box when you enter your delivery address at the checkout.
Do you deliver to PO Box?
We are sorry but at the moment we do not offer delivery to PO box.
Can I get free home delivery?
