Collect from Store
How long does it take for a store collection order to reach the store?
You can collect your order from store 2-3 days after placing your order:
* After 2 days (after 2pm) from: Liffey Valley Dublin, Dublin Mary St, Dundrum, Grafton St Dublin, Blanchardstown, Galway, Clonmel, Village Douglas, Clarion Quay, Blackrock
* After 2 days (after 2pm) excluding Sundays from: Athlone, Drogheda, Newbridge, Navan
* After 3 days (after 9am) from: Cork, Killarney
* After 3 days (after 9am) excluding Sundays from: Letterkenny
We’ll send you an email to let you know when your order has arrived in store and is ready for you to collect.
Store details:
Delivery to store is FREE for all orders, once the order has been placed it is normally in the store ready for collection by 2 PM 2 days later. For example an order placed on a Monday will be ready for collection by 2 PM on the Wednesday. For Cork, Killarney and Letterkenny the order will be ready for collection by 9 AM on day 3.
We do not deliver to Athlone, Drogheda, Letterkenny, Newbridge and Navan on a Sunday. To view store opening times click here.
Please note, you won’t receive an email when your order has arrived in store, just come and collect it after the time shown on your order confirmation email.
What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order from my local store?
When you collect your order from a participating store, you'll be asked to confirm certain details for security reasons: your name, home address and email address or telephone number.
It would be helpful to bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.
I’ve placed an order for collection in an M&S store. Can someone else collect it for me?
Yes. We may ask them to confirm your name, billing address, email address and telephone number, so we’d recommend they take these details and a copy of your order summary with them.
Is there a charge for delivering my order to your local store?
No, there is no delivery charge for delivering your order to your local store.
I’ve placed an order for collection in my local store. How can I find what time the store opens?

What happens if I forget to collect my order from my local store?
We will hold your order for you for seven days after your planned collection date. If your order hasn’t been collected after seven days, we will return it to our warehouse and then refund you. If you realise you won’t be able to collect your order within 7 days of your planned collection date, please let our store team know so they can hold it for you.
I’ve placed an order for collection in my local store. Can I delay my collection date?
Yes. If you want to change your collection date, please contact our team in the store and ask them to hold it for you.

You can order any items from the product selection on marksandspencer.ie for delivery to your local store.

I want to place an order and collect it in my local store. How can I do this?
When you go to the checkout stage of your order, you can select our store collection delivery service and which store you would like your order delivered to.
There is no delivery charge when you use this service and once the order has arrived in our store, we will keep it for you for seven days. When you come to collect it, please bring your order summary with you.
