When will you take payment from my credit/debit card?
Payment will be authorised when you submit your order, but we won’t take the funds from your card until we’re about to prepare your order for shipment. This will normally be within 24 hours.

Do you accept Paypal?
We’re sorry but we’re currently unable to accept payment by Paypal.
Do you accept credit cards with international billing addresses?
We’re sorry but we can only accept orders that have billing addresses within the Republic of Ireland.
Can I pay using a gift card?
Unfortunately we currently do not accept payment by gift cards on marksandspencer.ie. However, you will be able to use gift cards in our stores.
What currencies do you accept?
All our products are priced and charged in euros.
How can I get a VAT receipt for my order?

Your transaction will appear as ‘Marks and Spencer’ on your card statement.
Can I make a payment using an M&S Chargecard?
You can place orders on this website using Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately, you are unable to use your M&S Chargecard as a method of payment. We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
I want to place an order in my local store. How can I pay for it?
When you place an order in your local store, you can pay by using your debit or credit card. Please be aware we’re unable to accept cash, credit vouchers, gift cards or vouchers when using our store ordering service.

I keep on getting the message 'Please enter valid card details'. Why is that?
Please ensure you entered your details as follows:
Please enter the name on the card exactly as indicated. Please do not enter a dot after your title.
Please enter the card number all together with no spaces in between the digits.
Please enter the expiry date as follows: DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 05/09/2014).
Please enter the he billing address that your the card is registered at.
