My Personal Details
How can I add a delivery address to my account?
  • Log into your account.
  • On the ‘My Account’ page, click on ‘View, add and amend your addresses’. Here you will see all the addresses for your account.
  • Click on ‘+ Add a new address’ and fill in the required details.
  • If you would like to make this your default address, return to the ‘Addresses’ page and click the ‘Default Address’ button below it.
How can I change my email address?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on ‘View and update your contact details and password’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
  • Click the ‘Change email’ option.
  • Type your new email address in the appropriate space and confirm it. After you’ve finished making changes to your details, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
How can I change the name on my account?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on ‘View and update your contact details and password’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
  • Change your name and click on ‘Save my details’ when you’ve finished.
How can I change my password?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on ‘View and update your contact details and password’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
  • Change your password and click on ‘Save my details’ when you’ve finished.
Are my credit or debit card details saved in my account?
We don’t automatically save your card details. If you would like us to save them for your next order, click the ‘Save this card’ option after you’ve entered your card details for payment. Alternatively, add a card on the ‘View and add payment details’ section of the ‘My Account’ page.
Is my personal data safe if I create an account?
The Marks and Spencer Group store and/or process your information in line with all applicable European law on data protection to ensure your personal data is kept safe. For more information as to how the Marks and Spencer Group keep your personal data safe, please read our Privacy Policy.
How can I unsubscribe from email newsletters?
All our newsletters offer the option to unsubscribe to future emails. Please follow the directions on the newsletter or the steps below:
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on ‘View and update your contact details and password’ on the ‘My Account’ page.
  • Uncheck the box saying ‘Please add me to the M&S email list’ and click on ‘Save my details’.
Please note that any changes to our email list come into effect overnight, so you may still receive an email from us on the day you ask to be removed.
Alternatively, you may click the unsubscribe link located at the very bottom of the newsletter e-mail.
I’m not receiving the email newsletter, even though I’ve subscribed
We’re currently investigating a technical issue that’s preventing some of our customers from receiving emails. This should be resolved shortly.
